First class settlement

Our first class settlement is mainly a digital process for the treatment of big data volumes and includes the following:

Migration of electronic data volumes as well as requests for missing data
Data compression to case related invoices
Clarifying of invoice reductions and treatment of objections
Entire commercial dunning
Distribution of the fee notes among all team members of the departments involved
Standardized reporting via a web based portal

The integration of many external stake holders in this complex billing system needs high flexibility and service orientation on behalf of Baldinger und Partner as well as a permanent maintenance of the digital interfaces. Our longterm experience with billing systems in hospitals is a great benefit when it comes to consulting single and group ambulances, ambulatories and service providers in the medical sector. In 2008, the medical chamber of Vienna has given us the ongoing mandate to operate as their official clearing office for medical first-class fees. Department heads and hospital directors of the university of Innsbruck and of the Tyrolean Clinics GmbH (formerly TILAK) have entrusted us as early as 2004 with the continuous mandate to operate as their official clearing office in accordance with the Tyrolean hospital law.
